Larry joined Maloof in 1996 as a sales associate. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rockford College with majors in economics and business. He has over 28 years experience in the commercial banking and investment industries. As a past financial Vice President and a professional consultant to the business and commercial real estate industries, Larry's expertise encompasses financial analysis, property assessment, as well as negotiating sales/purchases of existing businesses.
This experience and expertise makes him invaluable for the sale of an existing business or the sale/lease of commercial property.
