Dave Maloof

David is a graduate of Creighton University and joined Maloof Commercial Real Estate Company in 1972. As President, he is responsible for consultative brokerage, tenant representation, landlord/owner representation, lease acquisition, sales acquisition and brokerage opinion of value, office construction feasibility and multi-market office/warehouse requirements. In 1997, he earned the CCIM designation and earned the SIOR designation in April 1998. He has built the company up to achieve a 65% market share of the commercial listings in the Peoria area. Additionally, he has ownership positions in several limited partnerships within the tri-county area.
